The best country breakfast is this Saturday at the Foscoe Grandfather Community Center. Blue Cheese Mini Burgers with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms    These burgers are a crowd pleaser and are sure to impress.  What we like about this recipe is that you can bake the mini burgers when you don't have a grill available or the weather is not ideal.  Serve with any side dish.       Burger Ingredients: 2 lbs of Ground Beef  1 heaping tablespoon ground horseradish  3 cloves garlic finely minced  1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce   1 tsp onion power  1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles  salt and pepper  Cheese of your choose for topping-this time we used cheddar...
